The alleged leader of a multi-state gambling ring appeared in Superior Court on May 26, 2016 at which time his bail was lowered.
Judge Francis McGrogan reduced the bail of Robert "Elvis" D'Alessio from $750,000.00 to $500,000.00. He will be released at upon the surrender of his passport.
Mr. D'Alessio has engaged the services of Kevin G. Roe of Hackensack and has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Defense attorney Kevin G. Roe entered the plea on behalf of his client, Travis Gallo, who was 17 at the time of the fatal stabbing of his 20-year-old sister, Teia Gallo, in their home on the day after Christmas. A judge last year ruled that Gallo could be tried as an adult.
